Order policy

• All Dunk orders are final. Cancellations, changes and returns are not accepted, and we reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.
• Limit one total Dunk purchase per customer in any 24-hour period. If more than one pair is purchased for the same customer or shipping address, all orders will be canceled.
• Shoe box condition is not guaranteed. Some pairs arrived with damaged boxes, so please do not purchase if a damaged box is not acceptable.

Shipping and payment

• Ships to residential addresses in the United States and Puerto Rico only. International orders will be canceled.
• Actual shipping costs are included in the retail price to offset our regularly discounted shipping rates.
• Shoes ship with signature confirmation.
• Coupon codes and discounts cannot be used on Dunk orders.
• First-time customers must purchase through the Shop app with a verified account or use a verified PayPal account. Other payment methods may be canceled.

Fraud prevention

• Orders placed with bots or autocart assistance will most likely be canceled.
• Orders placed through a web proxy will be treated as fraudulent.
